I've had these for forever, there originals tell me what you think.

Lightning:

My horse Lightning roams the plains,
He will never be completely tamed.

His eyes so blue,
his bond so true.

Lightning is the one I trust,
and the one I'm speaking of.

He was in a roundup once,
so scraed, frightened, and curious.

He was once a mighty stallion
But we had to geld him.

He's still a rave and mighty colt,
He has never tried to bolt.

He's fast and mighty
and always friendly

He cannot drink out of a cup
I cannot wait till he grows up.

He's fading now,
slowly withering away.

And the only thing I can do so my heart won't break,
is wherever I go, his mane I will take.


That one kinda looks into the future, my mustand gelding Lightning was 6 months old when I got hima nd wrote this. Now he's rissing .


Wild Horses:
Running free,
Running wild
Your spirit shall never be broken.

You run from me,
thinking I would hurt you.

You move with your herd,
warning them of danger.

You have been mistreated,
now turning your back on humans.

So run free, my horse,
For I will not catch nor hurt you.

Drink from the streams,
Run and graze on the plains.

Graze where you want, run where you want.
I will not hurt you nor your herd.

our spirit will always remain wild and free, to never be broken.
