Sharks are constantly, by the millions, being slaughtered each year, their fins are removed and they are being thrown back into the water to drown, because sharks have to move in order to keep water flowing over their gills, many times they are even eaten alive by other sharks. yes, I know, whenever I talk to people at school about things like saving the Peregrine falcon and wolves, they look at me as if I'm speaking in a foriegn tongue!
